Through a Work Force Development grant 270 vex kits have been purchased and are being giving away at regional workshops over the summer. As part of the states justification for giving this money, a competition for these teachers to bring their students to is being held. The event will be held Saturday October 14th 2006 at The Wigwam in Anderson, IN ( 1229 Lincoln St. ). The website for these workshops and the event is http://theroboexpo.net
The Vex tournament will be open to all teams of all ages and will feature a one-kit competition and a super-unlimited division.
