how do u install the 2003 default program into the robot

You should just wait until InnovationFIRST releases the first public beta of PBASIC Editor v2.5

The default code is already installed in the robot controller. If you want to download a different program, read Innovation FIRST's Guide to downloading programs (http://www.innovationfirst.com/FIRSTRobotics/pdfs/RCDownloadGuide.PDF)

I agree with Raven and Joe, however, be aware of which of the defaults are pre-installed (aee update #1 page 3).
