Website competition???

I've been wondering, is there a website competition this year, and are there any regulations that teams must follow? Any information would be greatly appreciated.:confused:

Team 343 handed out their own personal website awards last year...

This year I recall seeing an email where another team was sponsoring such a contest.

I don't think this could happen, some teams may get professional designing done giving them an unfair advantage over the reason why the program is done, kids.
