Installing Apache / PHP

One more off-topic question...I swear.

It says I need to download Apache in order to view php. It gave me this link: http://www.apache.org/dist/binaries/win32/ It doesn't work here and when I did a google search all I got was the indian tribe. Where can I get it?

The actual address for Apache for Windows is this:

http://httpd.apache.org/dist/binaries/win32/

(note the httpd. instead of www.)
