The quesiton is this: HOW THE HECK DO YOU GET THAT HOOK UP THERE?!?!?!?

I believe the hook starts off being attached to the end of thier ball grabber and then that folds out to ~10 feet, and reaches the bar to clip themselves onto it. At least thats is what all the pictures would suggest of it.

Fairly easy. All you have to do is velcro the hook to the end of the arm. The hook just need to stick there until the driver get it up to the bar, hook on, pull the arm away, and start winching. Then it's unstoppable ;-).
