Congrats Nate and thanks for all of your efforts over the years.
Nate has been a great asset for all of the West Michigan events he's helped with. I know our invitationals at Grandville HS would never have been so successful without him.

Congrats Nate.
Maybe we should celebrate by going to OCB (i think it's called Home Town Buffet now...)
:D ;)

Wait a minute, this is the same guy I went to HS with and is actually a good part of first overall, helping at westmichigan and with 74 for the beginning of his "career".
Congrats Nate.

Crazy Nate,
You definitely deserve this honor. You have led the way in FIRST with regard to college students being depended on to help run FIRST events. Your behind-the-scenes work with the scoring system and field management for events has been great. Your effort opened the door to other college FIRSTers who wanted to get more technically involved in running events.
Thanks for all that you do,
Andy B.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the comments they've made, as well as dez250 for the initial nomination. I knew a while back that I had been nominated, and had just sent in the questionaire and then forgotten about it until I signed into the web site today. I recognize a lot of the names posted here as people that I've worked alongside of for a large part of my FIRST career, and I'm sure that I've seen the rest of you at some point or another...my job at these events keeps me from getting to say hi to that many people. Needless to say, if you want to say hi to me at an event, you'll have to track me down...

Well since every one else already said the "C" word, I'm going to say something else ...
It is really inspiring to me to see people who dedicate their time and energy into something that they believe in and love to do - especially inspiring when it comes to FIRST. It also sets a great example to me (personally) to know that college students and adults with other responsibilities dedicate their time to teams and to the further development of FIRST. So THANK YOU; thank you for showing me once again that FIRST is so incredibly great that people like you and other UFH (and those that are not UFH - like mentors) are willing and do dedicate so much of themselves to it - (regardless of what other responsibilities they have). :D
And err.. OK FINE ... I'll say it:
CONGRATULATIONS!!! :)
