That video has been out for a long time. I know for sure that there is talk on CD about it, but I can not find where. I also know that there is a sony website that has many other videos of those robots doing many other things, but do not have the time to find it right now, maybe I will update my post tomorrow (unless someone else can link to it first).

This is differnt. The article talks about how traditional Japanese dances are being preserved by having a robot learn them since no one is really being taught them. The motions of the dancers are recorded using the same technology that you see in the movie industry. (The funny looking person with ping pong balls stuck to his jumpsuit.) It's really quite strange.
