that is definatly water jet cut....i run like that probably took 3 hrs

I believe that those gear-shaped holes should have been designed & cut out as 45-tooth shaped just for effect. :D Great job!

I'm pretty sure it's not water jet. If it is, someone who should know better messed up when describing it.

When we first put those gears in, we tried 45-tooth versions, but it did not look quite right.

And for you water jet fans, this metal did not get wet. It was laser cut. Each plate took about 15 minutes, I believe.
