Hey, in the competition manual it talks about having 2 adult references for the essay. Are those required or can it just be students? :confused:

I would recommend that you have two adults who can attest to the information you discussed in your essays for the Chairman's and Woodie Flowers Awards.

The two adults need to be:

1. An Adult mentor on your team.

2. An adult with some FIRST affiliation.
