Solidworks to Pro/E file conversion

I have a vendor part I'm looking at for using next season and want to import their solidworks model into Pro/E so I can play with a few concepts. Does anyone know of a SLDWRKS to PRO translater that is share ware or is anyone willing to convert it to a step file or iges for me?
