On page twelve, in the top picture there is three cylinders hooked up to the pump and a rotary actuator. The cylinder next to the rotary actuator is not on the pneumatic schematic (page 11) or in the detailed photos below. Does anyone know what the component hooked up to the cylinder is?

It's a single solenoid. I don't recall seeing it in this years kit but it's been included in previous years.

Thats because it hasnt been shipped. Impretty sure we get 1 SMC SY3240

Ok, but noone on my team or my mentors know which cylinder is the one in the picture. What one is it?

I'm getting confused, the piston to the left of the rotary actuator has a Single solenoid attached to it, and the piston appears to be the same piston as the one to the left of it except with a shorter stroke.

The part is the Bosch-Rexroth single solenoid that shipped in the KOP from previous years. We may not be getting it this year as it is not mentioned in the 2007 pneumatics manual.
