Where can I find this file? I can't seem to locate it on my comp.

The file name is "2006 Target.cfg", I had to zip it to upload it, but it should also be with the files that unzipped from the archive mentioned here (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showpost.php?p=561979&postcount=10).
