Do I see carbon fiber in there?

Looks nice, guys. Also a lot lighter than the extrusion frame you did last year. Good luck!

We did sort of consider carbon fiber early on, but we decided against it after a day or 2.

I don't think we used any other arms as an inspiration, if we did... Nah of course not, it was thought of by our own brains
Edit: I believe this was due to the need to be able to fit in the box

We were considering carbon fiber, but we did not use it. We just put a material on top of the aluminum tubing on our grabber to make it gripper the ringer better.

Our chassis is much lighter than last year. Instead of having 2 layers of bosch, we only have 1, with the other layer being aluminum. For the first time in a long time, we were never over weight!:) :D

WOW, shiny. Very pretty. Are you going to do anything to traction the KOP wheels or are you just going to let sleeping dogs lie?

Shiny? well, the flash made it seem more shiny than it actually is. I wanted to steel wool that whole robot:p , but we were too busy to do that.
As far as the wheels...the only thing I know is that the wheels will be replaced at the competition, I don't think we will add anything to traction the wheels

Thanks
As of right now, i belive we have no plan on putting any traction on our KOP wheels. We only plan on changing them in the pit. However, we do have traction, and i guess if we have difficulty going up a ramp, we might put traction on our wheels.

o ya and our robot is shinny, but i think the flash kinda makes it extra shiny :)
