Balls Under Bridge

From what I see during the first round of regionals balls are getting caught under the bridge.

I don't think this was this planned or did the the game committee know this and we should have considered this?

It is tough to know if one side of the bridge has a ball underneath preventing a proper bridge balancing. This makes for tough planning.
