It looks good, but I would consider putting the login boxes on another page or up in the corner (and a little smaller) if it will be on the homepage. It makes one feel as if he/she should have an account to be there, and slightly lessens the "Welcome!" effect. My other minor suggestion is to link the words "contact us" on the homepage to your main email contact or the contact page to simplify the process.
Small things, no big problems.
