Go to Post I urge them to build the kitbot and repeateadly smash it into a concrete wall in order to sate their anger. Winch on 40amp breaker.

Is it legal to attach a motor directly to a 40amp motor? i look it through in the rule book and there was nothing on it, so i'm assuming it is...?

  1. You mean a motor directly through a 40 A breaker, I take it.
  2. No, that's not allowed. You may use a Spike relay with the low-current motors, through the breaker panel, or a Victor 884 with any motor, also through the breaker panel.
  3. A wench is something else. You mean winch. [Edit: Somebody kindly fixed that...it was originally in the title of the post.]
