Trouble Joining Education Community

I am a mentor for Team 1518. I have been registered before (been a mentor for 5 years)- Always downloaded the Autodesk SW to help the kids with designs-
I am having trouble joining to community to download the Sw to get he kids started-
I keep recieiving invites, but my request to join was rejected- I used my corporate website Is that the probelm- Help!

Send in a support request to autodesk. they helped me fix my login issues and get me into the FIRST section (somehow, I got set up as being from a russian university )
