A Thank You to Brandon Martus

For the past few years, ChiefDelphi.com has been bombarded with traffic immediately after the game reveal on Kickoff, causing the servers to become overloaded. However, this year, due to Brandon Martus's smart thinking and planning, he was able to switch over to a different hosting system, allowing for the site's power to be increased to withstand the large amount of use during Kickoff. This let ChiefDelphi stay online throughout the whole day, without unexpectedly going down.

On behalf of the entire ChiefDelphi community, we cannot thank Brandon enough, and don't show enough just how much we appreciate all he does. The FIRST community would certainly not be the same without this site, with everybody helping out one another in a sort of international collaboration.

To help support ChiefDelphi.com and ensure its continued existence, please consider donating to the site, to help pay for the hosting and the other myriad of expenses involved with it. Anyone can become a paid supporter here for either $5 for 6 months of subscription, or only $15 for a complete 2 years. Such a donation will remain the ads from the top of the site, and 100% of it goes to maintain ChiefDelphi.com. There are currently only 77 donators to the site, which is only 0.78% of the currently 9,831 active users on the.

Again, thank you so much to Brandon Martus, allowing us all to continue to work together and become a close-knit community. Please consider donating to ChiefDelphi.com this season; I know I will be asking my parents tonight.

Have a good 2012 season everyone.

And CD would not be what it is without Brandon.

Great idea, Ryan!

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.
