Check Your Weight
Just a helpful reminder to teams, especially if this is your first time to ship a robot to an event.
If there is an "overweight" sticker on your crate, and you don't agree with it, you MUST bring it to the attention of the shipping company BEFORE you open the crate.
Once you open the crate, you cannot do anything about this and you will have to pay any overage fee.
We got a notice that our crate was 425 pounds. I don't think that is possible (robot, bumpers, crate and a platform), so we are going to verify.
Sometimes mistakes are made in the recording of weights, so it is good to check!
