Wildstang on CNN

Just incase you haven't gotten this link from FIRST's site, check out two members of Wildstang on CNN Headline news here.

I think it's pretty neat to get national coverage like this--hopefully there's more to come for next year.
Stephen

PS. Congrats to 111, and good job on TV!

Dan Green and Dan Friberg of WildStang, great job promoting what FIRST stands for.

As National champions I was a bit surprised to see you not boasting about it but then again, that's something I've always seen in WildStang. High quality ethics and workmanship.
CNN: "How do you feel about winning a competition like this"
DF: "Satisfaction.. lessons learned.. win or loss you.. realize what lessons you've learned"

Awesome answer compared to the common "It's great, we're awesome, woo!" that many other people may have done.

Thank you for being able to get a solid 4 minutes on CNN entirely promoting FIRST.

CNN's role was also very positive and not off-standing. It's beginning seemed a little "bleh" but in iteself, a positive introduction.

Thanks. There's actually a segment missing where they interviewed our driver (Allen) and our human player (Andy) for roughly the same amount of time.

It's great to see a FIRST team on the news, especially one like Wildstang. You guys did a great job of promoting the spirit and message of FIRST through that interview. Good job!

Anyone have a higher-quality capture of this? It would be great for use in promoting FIRST teams to sponsors, school administration, etc. Of course, this could work, too... But high quality would look better.
