"R. Buckminster Fuller: THE HISTORY (and Mystery) OF THE UNIVERSE"

I went to see this show yesterday, and it is by far one of the most inspirational play I've ever seen. If FIRST is the one who taught me about changing the culture, science the one who taught me about discovering the truth, mentors the ones who taught me about growing up, America who taught me about difference between cultures, and engineering who taught me about application of knownledge, it is this play that tied everything together for me into one summary.

I believe every FIRST participants and science/technology related major students should go see this show!

It is currently playing in Project Artaud Threater at San Francisco (http://www.artaud.org/theater/), and they are only showing it for 3 more weeks. They are considering extending the shows even longer depending on ticket sales for the next three weeks. Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.cityboxoffice.com/

If you live near the area, go see it as soon as you can!

“Today for the first time in history, the largest group of Americans living in poverty are children. One in five children live in the most abject, dangerous, hopeless, back-breaking, gut-wrenching poverty any of us could imagine. One in five, and they're children. If fidelity to freedom of democracy is the code of our civic religion, then surely the code of our humanity is faithful service to that unwritten commandment that says we shall give our children better than we ourselves received. ”

Too bad that it isn't coming down to the Southern (read: better) part of the state It does sound very cool though after reading the reviews.
