What is the fastest way to learn solidworks or the links to really good tutorials

I'm not 100% sure if this is the fastest, but I've found the tutorials in the program to be decent at the least.

Use the tutorials that come with the program (specifically those under the "Tutorials for Machine Design" category)

also, if you're new to CADing and know anybody who is willing to share their CADs with you, take a look at how they created everything
