[OCCRA]: vex stored energy
Our team would like to use a bungy cord mechanism (that stores energy)to assist with the lifting of the football. Is there a vex or occra rule preventing this? I know that stored energy is not allowed on the occra robot.

Re: [OCCRA]: vex stored energy
AS long as the energy is not stored during carrying the robot it is allowed.
