Camera Warranty
Our camera's power jack has been bent in such a way that if the plug from the power cord is pushed to the left, the camera completely reboots. Obviously, this would be a problem during the competition if the camera reboots mid-game.
Does the camera have any kind of warranty that we can use to get a new one, or do we have to purchase an entirely new camera from Axis? Would it ship in time if their is a warranty for the ship date? Also, if we open the camera up, and try to push the jack back in place, would that violate the FRC rules as a "modified" part? Thanks. |

Re: Camera Warranty
We have been able to work around this issue with some tape and a couple of rubber bands, but is there anything better we can do?
Thanks again. |
