Amy, wow, this is awesome. This saves me about 2 hours worth of reading which can now be donated to the "Beth is going to do something other than read textbooks someday" foundation. Thanks!

Thanks. This has been updated from my prior one with some info that Q/A provided.
I did this when I reffed last year and it became pretty useful to review before/after matches and have a quick reference. I sorted by my preferred categories and printed out in pocket size.
Hopefully others will find it useful. If anyone finds anything incorrect, let me know. I'm pretty sure everything's in there.
