OK, this is only going to make real sense to those that were college students in the late 1970's. But if you were, and you went to school anywhere south of the Arctic Circle, you were subjected to endless bombardments of "Best Hits Of Boxcar Willie" commercials (think of the 1970's version of John Basedow commercials, but instead of a narcissistic pinhead shilling "Fitness Made Simple" videos, it is an unshaven hobo with a guitar singing 27 versions of "Wabash Cannonball"). In that case, this will have you ROTFLMAO. Otherwise, you will just go "huh?" When searching for information on this particular societal monument, the most relevent statement on the utility of this landmark is found here: http://www.texasescapes.com/DEPARTMENTS/Guest_Columnists/EllisCounty/BoxcarWillie.htm
