One of our students screwed a wheel fastener in backwards. He assured us that it wouldn't matter and would stay in. Two days later, we found that screw between the wheel and the pillar block...

Pillar block? Is this like writer's block for architects? I'm thinking of unsupported lintels, or perhaps an edifice complex?
