Team 3647: 2012 Shooter version 2
Part of our off season rebuild, new shooter with quite a few improvements.
Big thanks to Team 1114, where a lot of the ideas for this design came from.
Specs:
-Two angle hood
-4000 RPM 8inch Shooter wheel with PID Control
-270 degrees of rotation
