[G21] Robots may extend one appendage up to 14 in. beyond a single edge of their frame perimeter at any time.
Is a large fork with missing tines considered a single appendage - the tines are connected to a common base, thus deploying and retracting at the same time?

We were talking about this in another thread:

There doesn't appear to be anything in the manual giving an exact definition, so I recommend checking the Q&A for a question to that effect and if you don't find one ask it yourself.

I'll save you the checking for a question--one has been asked. If this doesn't help you when it's answered, then you may need to ask your own.
. What is the formal definition of an appendage? If you have two linkages that exit the robot together and are rigidly connected, are they defined as one appendage?
