Missing C:\windriver\WPILib - no vxWorks cRIO images

Hello! We are trying to get the vxWorks environment set up (we're coding in C++). We have re-installed all (?) components three times (NI FRC tools, WR DVD 1 & 2, FRC2012Utilities.zip) and we are trying to re-image the cRIO, but there is no WPILib folder in c:
\windriver (so the cRIO imaging tool cannot find any images). Is there some "WPILib installation" step that we are missing (nothing is mentioned in any documentation)?

Did you install the WPILib C++ update from here (http://firstforge.wpi.edu/sf/frs/do/viewSummary/projects.wpilib/frs)? It was documented in the Getting Started with the 2012 Control System document.
