First note that this is the about the 2012 legal motor, p/n 276-2177.
I would presume that this motor is controlled with this (http://www.vexrobotics.com/276-2193.html) controller, but are there other options? i.e. Can this motor be controlled with a Victor 884 as well?
How does one step down the voltage from 12V to 7.2V that the motor is specc'ed for?
We have a spot that's perfect for this motor and I'd really like to use it since we have 100's of other VEX parts sitting around.
