Target Ip address

How and where do you set the target ip address in the java code?

In NetBeans:

Tools > Options > Miscellaneous Tab > FRC Configuration Tab

Team Number is the first field, and the only one enabled by default. Once you type your team number in, hit OK.

It seems to take a weirdly long time to update.

After you've done that, the plugins should have the right target.
