Symbol not found FRC_UserProgram_StartupLibraryInit

I was working on this program yesterday and deleted many repeats of the kernel tasks. Now I get the error Symbol not found FRC_UserProgram_StartupLibraryInit.
The screen shot is attached.
Anyone know how to fix that error?
