FIRST tools not showing in WindRiver c++

I am running Windows 7 64 bit operating system and have installed WindRiver according the the manual in disk 1. Everything is up to date. I have uninstalled it and re installed WindRiver as well as its supporting software multiple times. Please help :(

This is a list of all the software i installed in the order i installed them:

NI Software for FRC 2012 from USB Key
FRC tools update
Windriver disk 1
Windriver disk 2
2012 WIPLib Update from first forge

It turns out my PATH variable was corrupted. If anyone else has this problem double check to make sure it has this text in it:

%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%; %SystemRoot%\system32\wbem;
