Cylinder providers

Hi everyone.
Just wondered, are we allowed to use cylinders that are not provided by bimba?
If so, what other providers are allowed by the FRC rules?
(sorry if that's a stupid question, but couldn't figure that from the manual)

As long as the parts meet the pneumatic and other parts rules, they can be from any manufacturer.
