Cant download new projects to Crio

Hello, I am trying to do some version control in Windriver but I cant seem to make any of the new projects download. The origional project works but not the new ones.

oooo yes. I hate this. on winriver go to Window > Preferences
then select First Downloader and every time you change projects, you have to change the path to the executable file.

The only problem is I have tried that but it refuses to download new projects and sometimes does not build them.
