How to create Reverse; Forward; On and Off Icon

We are trying to create `Reverse and Forward` but we can't. We tried creating constant and control but it didnt work.
Can anyone give an advice
Any help will be appreciated

One thing you can do is create the constant by right clicking on the set vi itself, then just wiring it into the select statement
