Command Base programming Template

I saw a person on youtube who had a CommandBasedRobotTemplate under Frc java for Netbeans- java. I can't find that template anywhere does anyone know about it and know where i can find it.:(

Are you sure that you have updated to the most recent version of the plugins?

Check in Tools -> Plugins that FRCRobotTemplates is located under installed and that the version is 2012.3077

Thank you. I realized I had old plugins for java from 2010.
