Check your connections. The yellow flashing light on the Jaguar means no signal.

Some other things to check:
--DB37 cable from the second module to the Digital Sidecar
--PWM orientation from Sidecar to Jaguar (had that with a team last week)
--Robot code loaded
--Robot enabled in teleoperated

What is the RSL LED on the Sidecar doing?

Some of the ribbon cables in the kit were not assembled correctly:

Also, check to make sure that your ribbon cable was assembled correctly. See this document from the FIRST website: DB37 Ribbon Cable Assembly Rework Instructions (http://www.usfirst.org/sites/default/files/uploadedFiles/Robotics_Programs/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2012_Assets/DB37%20Ribbon%20Cable%20Assembly%20-%20Rework%20Instructions.pdf)

This was posted in the team updates (http://frc-manual.usfirst.org/TeamUpdates/0), be sure to follow them!

Learn to speak English ;) Then you may want to check your ribbons, as there were some defective ones sent out.
