According to the rules, documentation must be submitted
by 5 p.m. 2/11/2000. Does this mean that the
documentation must arrive on this day or can it be
postmarked 2/11/2000? The extra days would help,
especially since we are mailing from Hawaii. Aloh

Aloha to Hawaii, I think it needs to be there by the 21st at 5:00. they say this stuff is tough to get all sorted out and stuff so they need as much time as they can get I could be wrong though. On a side note, I wanted to say I went to Hawaii, I stayed on the beautiful Island of Kauai(wow) I definately think Hawaii needs to have a regional competition and I would definately sign my team up for it!! Good luck and Mahalo for bringing another state into the first family.

If you're talking about the Chairman's Award.. yes, it needs to be AT FIRST by 5pm on the 11th..and although i know there are no exceptions, you may just want to double check with FIRST considering your distance and island location..

If you are talking about the robot, it must be picked up by the shipper by 5pm on the 22nd (it's been changed to a day ahead)..

Best of luck..
