3D printing parts for the robot

I just wanted to share some parts I designed for the FRC 2151 2012 robot. The designs are freely available on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17581). I also made a video of the limit switch brackets being printed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njjfYhdcb_8).

I'll try to have pictures up of the parts installed on the robot, and I will have the 3D printer at the Midwest regional.

This reminds me that I need to get back on getting my Prusa Mendel working once all the rush from build season is over. I was hoping to have it running before the season started, but time constraints kept me from troubleshooting the misalignment I was seeing between the layers. I'm provisionally blaming backlash thanks to the poorly cast parts I'm using. That'll learn me to cheap out on the most important part of my 3D printer....
