Does anyone know what size screws we should be using with the window motors?

Do you mean the Denso motors or actual "window" motors?

Our team has drilled 1/4" holes into the Denso Motor holes to fit bolts that size.

You aren't allowed to modify the motor.

The phrase "motor holes" implies the actual electrical part, but fair enough.

Someone didn't read the rest of the rule.

[R49]B. The electrical input leads may be trimmed to length as necessary.
[R49]D. The connector housings on the window motors (PN 262100-3030 and 262100-3040) may be modified to facilitate lead connections.

That being said, to answer the OP's question, the window motor was designed to use metric screws; M5s in particular if I'm not mistaken. I would recommend either reaming out or drilling the holes so that #10s can be used; drilling out to 1/4" is less advisable but just as functional.

If I remeber correctly, the threads are Metric, M-6.

We also, drilled most of ours out.
