Guys,
Have I to post the video of Chairmans in the site of the FIRST?
If I have, can anybody help me, because I can't find the link to post the video.
Can anybody help me?

The video is brought to the event on DVD.

The rest of the submission is submitted through TIMS.

No, Karthik's right. Students can only log into STIMS and that's where the Chairman's Award documents are submitted.
Actually, it is through TIMS that the student submitter is selected (determined), as I believe was the intent of that specific post.:)
