Hi Guys,

Is there any guidance on what you should do with photos that are too low resolution or the wrong shape to fit the WFFA picture requirements?

The wrong shape can be changed to the right shape by adding black space to the sides. In a photo program you'd change the canvas size to the new ratio.
Cropping too, if you have trim-able space for it.

Not much you can do to improve low resolution photos though.
