FRC Kinect Server not running

I have everything correctly done and the kinect flashes green when in my CP, but it will not be recognized by the driver station. Any ideas why?

What version of the driver is installed, what string shows on the Diagnostics page?

I'm not sure what your talking about but we have the newest kinect server, the kinect v1 beta 2 download (not the full thing, I checked), and all the utilities updates.

Do you have Visual C# Express installed?

Yes I do. I'm actually at school at the moment but I'll double check.
