[FRCTMS] First Release

FRCTMS or the FRC Team Management System is a PHP drop in template. The system allows for easy integration of plugins that help your team be more organized.

This is a limited release and more will be coming later. I would like to gather feed back on the first part before the plugins are released.

There is an extra </div> in the lower right. Looks great otherwise!

Also I can't get the file to unzip on my mac... Not sure if it is just mac specific though.
