FYI, I sent a question to Eric re climbing up on the balls (3 or more, presumably) to score 10 points at the end of the match. I received a reply from Andrea Calvo of FIRST saying that climbing on the balls is not allowed due to the possibility of damaging the balls.
I don't know whether this info has come up previously, but I missed it if so. We were about to build a ball climber - if any other teams were also, better check it out.
I personally would rather just have the nice clear 'don't damage the balls' rule, instead of don't do this or that to the balls, but such is the game.
