Mine wasn't in the white envelope that the certificate was in. It was in the large manila envelope and I had to dig around a bit to find it.

I got a 2012 certificate and pin at school -- frc team address. At home I got a 2011 certificate and no pin. I help mentor a new ftc team at my daughter's school -- that might be what that is for. Both just say FIRST neither says FRC or FTC.

I didn't get my pin and this makes me a saaaad panda...
is there anything I can do to see if I can get one.
I'm not sure on the requirements to get one, I'm a new mentor this year and would like to receive a pin to add to all my other pins.

Was everybody's pin and certificate sent to the school, or did people receive them at their home address?

Mine came last Friday. Seems like they are spreading the sending of these out over quite a long time.

in years past, I haven't received mine until after the season. my guess is they send these out over a very lengthy period of time and will just require some patience. at least that's my expectation.

I just saw a bunch of posts about people receiving theirs, followed by a period without posts. It made me wonder if it was just me that did not receive it.

This is AWESOME!!!!!!!! All FIRST mentors deserve recognition for all the hours of hard work that they put into making a difference in the lives of their students. Thanks for believing in us. Thanks for taking the challenge and staying with us every single step of the way. This pin may seem insignificant to other people, but it represents the passion for FIRST and the love that mentors have for their students. But pin or not, you are already OUR HEROS! <3
