We just finished testing our drive system and this works....
If you are looking for a quick and easy way to lock your drill gearbox in low or high gear try some O-rings. You'll need 2 per motor to get the correct width. They go in between the gears in the back half of the motor assembly case. I think we used 1-1/2 OD 1/8' wall.
