Small Parts Return

Hi,
Does Small Parts have a return policy? We bought extra aluminum which is still in the box it came in. We don't need it.

When I called Small Parts to ask they told me this:

You need to submit to them a letter stating the part number, quantity, and invoice number used for the order. They will call you with the RMA information. There is a 15% restocking fee.

PS-If you need to see how much your team has spent so far check out the section of their page where you can view your orders. I will give you a total.

PSS-SPI's accounting dept is a bit over whelmed so be patient if you are looking for a bill to come your way for the parts >$425.
